What Are Your Qualifications?
I completed a Somatic Embodiment Coaching course with The Somatic School through the Winter of 2024.
I have extensively deep dived into my own psyche through various therapy modalities which include ceremonial psychedelics, relational and transpersonal.
I’m currently in regular therapy and put great importance into the deepening of my own understanding and knowledge of all the practices I use in the sessions. Everything that we will do together has been helpful for me in some way or another throughout my own continuing journey.
I’m an eternally curious person who is fascinated by the strangeness of the human condition.

What Is Somatic Work?
Somatic work is concerned with our connection between body, mind and spirit.
It is often the physical embodiment of certain repetitive mindsets, reactions or unconscious bodily movements when met with certain situations in the present.
Examples include:
A ball of fire in your chest when you get angry.
A stiffening of your neck when you are stressed.
Butterflies in your stomach when you are nervous.
Crying when watching a sad movie.
At heart, they are purely physical reactions to emotions or our inability to allow ourselves to properly feel our emotions.
They can be positive, negative or neither. The polarity is normally decided by the situation and our attachment to our reaction.

What Do The Sessions Consist Of?
The sessions are based around talking, guided meditations, visualisation and embodiment practices. There may be some gentle movements which are helpful when feeling particularly agitated or stuck during, within or after the work.
We will agree on the goals for the session ahead, before moving on to exercises with the aim of bringing awareness to the less attended parts of ourselves.
It is difficult to entirely quantify what the sessions will look like, but no two sessions will ever be the same.
-
How much do the sessions cost?
The sessions are £65.
That being said, if you feel like you’d like to work with me but it’s out of your price range, then please feel free to contact me, and we can talk about what's affordable to you.
I offer one free session to see if it works for you.
-
Who Are The Sessions Suitable For?
The sessions are suitable for everyone.
If you’ve ever felt like something was missing from your life, that something that didn’t feel quite right or that you knew there was something else out there, but always just out of reach, then this work is for you.
Book a free session and see if it works for you. If not, no hard feelings 🙂
-
Are The Sessions Only Available Online?
Currently, I’m only able to offer sessions online.
I find that doing deep work online is just as rewarding as face to face sessions as we can be safe and comfortable in our own space without the need to travel home afterwards.
I am planning to offer in-person sessions in London in 2026. Please get in touch if that is your preference.
Unfortunately, I can only offer free sessions online due to the cost of renting a space.

Why Would I Want A Deeper Connection With My Body?
Quite simply, to fully feel the life that flows inside.
By deepening my own connection between body, mind and spirit, I have uncovered vast reserves of vitality, joy and pleasure in life. It has made me more connected to the world outside and the world within, and it is something that I cannot stop now that I’ve started.
-
What Do You Mean By “Unconscious Parts of Ourselves”?
The deeper parts of ourselves that come out through our actions.
If there’s ever been a time when you reacted in a certain way but weren't sure why after the incident, that was the unconscious mind speaking through your actions.
We spend so much time fretting and planning for futures that may never arrive that we can stop ourselves from truly enjoying the moments we have.
In this work, we remove the “thinking” part of us to allow the real voice inside to be heard. That often allows the joy and peace within to come to the surface and provide real solace.

I’m Worried About What Might Come Up If I Start To Go To The Deeper Places Inside…
We all have dark sides of our personalities, that’s part of being human, and it can be terrifying to think about connecting with our shadow. I appreciate those fears; I’ve felt many of them myself.
I like to work in the light. I’ve found it to be just as effective - and massively more pleasant - to unleash the joy, laughter and love rather than wade through the darkness.
Whatever wants to come up, will come up; we cannot control what will arise in session. But by bringing the monsters into the light, they are often a lot less scary than originally feared.
I’ve found it far more destructive to allow the shadow to remain unchecked.
-
What Happens If I Feel Uncomfortable During The Session And Want To Stop?
We stop.
All you have to do is say that you want to stop. That could mean stopping completely during that session or trying to another technique that feels more fitting to you.
If ever there is anything during the session that makes you feel uncomfortable or doesn’t sit well then please bring it to the table and we can discuss it.
That includes my conduct as Coach, I’d rather you felt comfortable enough to be open with me if I’m doing something which is causing friction. Honesty and trust for the win!

Is There A Connection With Psychedelics?
Personally, I think that somatic work and psychedelics are the same at heart. They both tap into the deeper parts of us that don’t get much attention. They both allow us to look objectively at our problems and find the answers we desire.
The benefit of Somatic work is that you never have to relinquish control. What we will do together is so gentle that it’s always possible to pull back and stop if it becomes overwhelming. Our feet will always remain firmly on the ground.
